If you have a question that is not answered here, please contact us directly — by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Every inquiry is treated as confidential.
Do I need a referral or prior diagnosis to contact IsraClinic? No. You can contact IsraClinic directly, without a referral from another doctor and without an existing diagnosis. A brief description of what you or your family member is experiencing is sufficient to begin. The clinical assessment is part of what we do.
How do I start the process? Send us a brief description of the situation by email, through the contact form on the website, or via WhatsApp. The clinic team will respond directly and personally — not through an automated system. You will receive a clear response explaining whether and how IsraClinic can help.
Is my treatment at IsraClinic confidential? Yes. All information shared with IsraClinic — your identity, your condition, and the content of your consultations — is strictly confidential. It is not shared with employers, family members, or any third party without your explicit written consent. The only exceptions are those required by Israeli law, such as situations involving imminent risk to life.
Can I receive treatment online? Yes. All psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services at IsraClinic are available online, via secure video connection — in Russian, English, and Hebrew. Online treatment follows the same clinical standards as in-person care. The process, monitoring, and coordination between specialists are identical regardless of format.
What languages do you work in? IsraClinic works in Russian, English, and Hebrew. All clinical and administrative staff communicate in these languages. There is no need for an interpreter — which is clinically significant in psychiatry, where precise communication between doctor and patient directly affects the quality of care.
What is the Psychoergonomic Method? The Psychoergonomic Method is a proprietary clinical framework developed by Valery Kravitz, founder and director of IsraClinic, and validated through ten years of structured psychiatric practice (2016–2026). It is based on the principle that each patient is a unique individual whose treatment must be built around their specific psychological structure, life context, and clinical presentation — not applied from a standard protocol.
Who will treat me at IsraClinic? IsraClinic's clinical team includes senior psychiatrists, a neurologist, psychotherapists, and diagnostic specialists. The specific combination of specialists involved in your care depends on your clinical needs and is determined as part of your individual programme. All key diagnostic and treatment decisions are reviewed collegially — by more than one clinician.
How long does treatment take? This depends entirely on the nature and complexity of your condition. Some patients complete a diagnostic assessment and a focused treatment programme within a few weeks. Others require longer-term monitoring and support. Duration is discussed and agreed as part of your individual programme — we do not impose fixed treatment lengths.
How much does a consultation cost? Consultations with an IsraClinic psychiatrist or neurologist start at 2,000 ILS. Senior psychiatrist consultations are 3,000 ILS. Full pricing for all services — including psychotherapy, diagnostics, and the MOXO assessment — is available on our Services and Prices page. Prices are current as of January 2026.
Do you accept health insurance? IsraClinic is a private clinic and works on a direct payment basis. We do not bill health insurance directly. However, we can provide full clinical documentation that you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement, depending on the terms of your policy. We recommend checking with your insurer in advance.
Can I get a second opinion on an existing diagnosis or treatment plan? Yes. Second medical opinions are one of the services offered at IsraClinic. If you have an existing diagnosis or are currently receiving treatment and want an independent clinical assessment, an IsraClinic psychiatrist will review your full medical history and provide a written clinical opinion.
I am not sure whether I need a psychiatrist. What should I do? Contact us and describe what you are experiencing. You do not need to have made any decisions before reaching out. The purpose of the initial contact is precisely to help clarify what kind of support — if any — might be appropriate for your situation. If IsraClinic is not the right fit, we will tell you honestly.
